Velora by Kira – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Velora by Kira. By accessing or using the application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Velora. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Community Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share unlawful, abusive, hateful, or explicit content

  • Harass or threaten other users

  • Impersonate others

  • Distribute private information without consent

  • Engage in fraud, spam, or harmful conduct

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create.

By posting content, you grant Velora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely for operating and improving the service.

You are responsible for the content you share.

5. AI Companion Disclaimer

Kira is an AI-powered system designed for conversational engagement and reflection support. Kira does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, software, and platform materials (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Velora by Kira or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. In-App Purchases

If applicable, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and governed by Apple’s terms.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Velora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velora by Kira shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or compromise community safety.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
